It's an expression of regret, used after something bad happens and you feel like you are partly to blame because you let it happen. Like if you ignore a phone call and it later turns out to have been a very urgent call, maybe you'd say, "Why didn't I answer the phone? Oh well, coulda woulda shoulda..." meaning there's nothing you can do about it now, it's too late. Often it's not even true that you could have changed the course of events anyway.

It means greatly wishing you had done thnigs differently; it is a vernacular contraction of "could have, would have, should have," implying a series of choices one regrets.
It seems most often a stand alone saying, with the rest of the words one would find in a sentence (subject, object) implied.
You generally DO NOT hear, "I could would shoulda gone to L.A.," but you might hear. "Man, when I was young, you could do anything in L.A. I had offers from the comedy clubs. My uncle worked at MGM studios. With my grades, I'd have gotten a free ride at UCLA. Coulda, woulda, shoulda."

Its just a flashy way of saying could of or should of.

It means that there was something that you had an opportunity to do, but you didn't, and now it's all in the past and you can't change it. Literally, it means, "could have, would have, should have". Most Americans don't fully pronounce the "have", but say "uh", like "coulda".

it means "stop telling me what you INTENDED to do"
Your boyfriend says "I intended to buy you a birthday present" and you say "coulda woulda shoulda" (could have, would have, should have)
