as in if you're exercising regularly and eating healthy do you lose more weight during and after your periods ????

I don't know where you heard that but me and a lot fo the women I know gain weight during our peroids. Usually about 5 lbs. During our periods our bodies are prepping us for pregnancy so they'd make us gain weight. But usually after our periods the weight disappears.

No, it's the opposite actually. You retain more water during this time, so usually women will gain a little.

after... you tend to retain water during a period... you can take water pills for this

no if you do its all water weight and has nothing to do with burning fat cells
