im 17 and i live in laurel mississippi. can i move out of my house legally without my parents consent?

Sure, you can apply to the courts for legal emancipation... by the time it goes through, you will be 18 anyway. So just stay put and wait it out unless you are being horribly abused. Don't be in too much of a hurry to grow up.

well the first question is will your parents let you leave? If not, then that limits what you can do. (the can report you as a run a way) What I did when my parents wouldn't let me move was drive them crazy. Make their lives a living hell until they broke and let me leave. It only took a few weeks. Since then I have been out and happier. Good Luck!

You can try getting emancipated, but that's a difficult process.

depends...if there was like abuse,etc,u can go to a runaway shelter,but if not,i think they could bring u back.
