it means your all loving god sends them to hell
supposedly, if you get into heaven and any of your loved ones dont, then god brainwashes you into forgetting about them

When you are a Christian it is members of your family which have not accepted Jesus as their Savior. They are the unsaved loved ones. Christians always pray for them to know Jesus also.

Just what it says. "Loved ones" are people you love. "Unsaved" refers to not excepting Jesus as a personal savior and therefor not going to heaven.
