Does anybody have the PDF//instruction manual of a MATSUI DTR3 Digital Freebox ( bought in currys about a year ago) I need a picture of the remote so I can tell me Mum what button to press by phone..... she's 87 and can just about understand her telephone.... and I live in Spain..... complicated !!!!!!
I tried Matsui.com......... not much help .
The last time some brilliant guy found me the PDF of her 15 year old Phillips TV, but unfortunatley that wasn't the problem....

Hi David
If I remember from your last post your mum has black bands top and bottom of the screen
I have a clone of this box, when you set this box on the 4:3 screen size
The "WIDE" button becomes active and if pressed it will force the box into "letter box mode"
This almost definitely what happened
Try pressing "WIDE" Once
