Bread flour will work fine, especially for Toll House cookies which are mostly shortening and only a little flour anyway.

Since bread flour has more gluten than AP flour, resulting tollhouse cookies will be different than usual.
Go to the store and get more AP flour instead.

They're not going to be the same... but it can work. There's a lot more gluten at work in bread flour so they're going to be chewy... try to no overwork the dough or they'll be beyond chewy and inedible.

Sure, of course! Majority of bread/baking recipes call for all-purpose. It's a given.

GO TO THE STORE. SOME FLOUR HAS ALL THE INGREDIENTS ALREADY IN IT TO MAKE BREAD OR CAKE OR WHATEVER. THINGS LIKE LEAVEN, SALT ETC. DON'T TAKE A CHANCE ON RUINING YOUR COOKIES.
