He's closer than you think. He's only a prayer away. Don't ask us. Ask Him!

Even if someone does not believe that our world and the life in it, no matter how amazing it may be, is the work of God we see God revealing Himself through His words. Of course, some would still say they were written by people and not really given by God then we have to accept that these people were incredibly intelligent to have made up all these things in such a way that people thousands of years later still believe them.
But wait, not all that was written those days is still accepted. Only those portions which have rigorously been scrutinized are accepted. And why are they accepted? Because they give a coherent description of the events that have taken place in the past, their relation to the present and their projection for the future. That is what makes them relevant. And according to their own admission these words were inspired by God and therefore there must be someone who knows not only the past and the present but the future as well.
This, taken along with other evidences and the inability of the natural world to explain all the events, points to the existence of God.

Religion as a whole is a bunch of crap and another way people drain our society of funds!
If you think about it what would be do all day, why are there starving children in africa, why is there animals in need, why is there murder. Dont give me the Free will crap, that was just made up when a stupid religious person couldn't answer the question. The bible (and all bibles) need burning. Most of the worlds problems would be solved (would never happen) if there wasn't religion.
I pitty the people that believe in god, they just want to know someone is watching them in the shower etc

Really the idea of a god is human. Humans yearn for something higher and something that is in control, especially when it comes to things that are unknown, like death. Nobody for certain could give you a definitive, but I guess use of common sense usually arouses the answer to this question. A lot of people are afraid to take this question into consideration outside of what they've been raised to believe, but when you really think about the existance of a god, the whole idea seems very unrealistic and made up.

Without any doubt all of the things that we can see around us testify to that fact of a loving creator.
The clockwork precision of the universe.
The miracle of life and the marvelous design of our bodies.
These things prove the existence of an almighty creator and not some millions of fluke happenings that evolutionists would like us to believe.

That's the problem with a deity that never makes themselves known isn't it? As an atheist I'm doing what is the most likely thing an infinitely intelligent being would expect. Wait for proof that comes directly from that being and not from a mortal.
So regardless of the answer to your question the only people on the right path are atheists.

If you love the people you come into contact with, then you know God. God is LOVE. Love is the power that makes the world go round.
Loving someone does not mean shoving your religion down their throats, it is meeting their needs... alieviating their suffering.
