Right now my friend,
Nothing can put me in a bad mood. I was just accepted to college!!!
I dropped out of high school almost a decade ago. Fought in two wars, went through hell on Earth trying to rebuild only to get no where. But getting that big envelope in my little mail box was the best thing that's happened to me in a long time.

I'm not usually in a bad mood; however, once in a while I will get anxious - if someone I love or care about is having difficulties, I sometimes worry.
Good mood - a flower, a child's sweet smile, laughter, my husband, spending time with God, talking to my friends, a call from my daughter, the waves on the beach, the scent of flowers on the air, my dog's tail wagging because he's happy to see me, my neighbor's 'aloha', rainbows, rain storms that refresh the air, a person who lets me merge into traffic, a song on the radio, ice cream, watching the spinner dolphins, snorkeling, sailing, working ...

Getting up to a messy house or the kids not wanting to get up for school. Now I make sure the house is picked up before we go to bed. In the mornings I wake them up one time, second time is a glass of water splashed on the head. Works every time. When things don't go "MY WAY" I sometimes get in a bad mood but I don't stay that way long. Good upbeat music will pull me right out of it. Counting my blessings will also get me right out of a bad mood along with realizing that I have no control over other people, places, or things. Prayer is another good way.

Hi Moon,
I hate it when I have the day all carefully planned then someone expects me to drop everything and do something for them or worse still if someone 'loses' something and you have to spend hours going through cupboards, drawers, pockets etc. until the missin item is found. And of course if it's a man who needs something that isn't in its proper place, it is not 'him' but 'me' or someone else who put it somewhere even if it turns out it was them who had it last after all!
A lot of things can put me in a good mood. The antics of animals, the warmth of the sun when I walk outside or even the crispy coldness of a winter's day. A phone call from someone who is in my thoughts. A text message from one of my children ... I am in a good mood far more times than I'm in a bad!!!!
Hope you have a good-mood day,
Pollyanna

Simple things can put me in a good mood such as a kind word or smile, a sunny day with a gentle breeze, watching a child enjoying an ice cream cone etc.
Watching or reading the daily news can put me in a bad mood.

What sets me off the most is when "plans change at the spare of the moment."
What puts me in a good mood? This might sound lame, but, I just love running around with my wife. I don't care if it is just going to Wal Mart, or the feed store.
20 years and it just gets better.

Hi Moon,
today I am in a particularly bad bad mood. I am this way because I am pretty much fed up of people always wanting something from me and never giving anything. I am fed up of being always supporting and never supported.
What put me in a good mood? I am sorry, I can't reply because I am too much in a bad mood now.

I hate to get an idea for a lovely dish and begin to prepare it without having checked to make sure I have all of the ingredients, only to realize after I start I am missing something. I am mad at myself for my impulsive nature. All it takes to make my day is to see my granddaughter come home from school flashing a big smile because she had a great day.

Rudeness puts me in a bad mood.
Something as simple as a smile can put me in a great mood.
