Sometimes older people need to sit down because they act as if they know everything. I've experinced things that most older women have never had to go through

Perhaps you have matured beyond your sweet young years.

You should slow down, dear. Try to capture the wonder and innocence of your youth, as you will spend your entire life being an older woman.

Ride your bicycle, volunteer with little kids or older people, work at a part-time job, figure out what your favorite color is, and do a few silly things with your best girlfriends before it is too late.

Life is best lived with a light heart.

I have never said teenagers can't fall in love..I did when I was a teen. But, there are so many different levels of love that is hard to understand until you have had experience; I have learned this over the years! I can understand if you have been through a lot, and remember that everyone you meet is always dealing with their own problem(s), which could make yours look miniscule.

About this guy...first of all he would have blown his trust with me by lying about his age. With you being under 18 it makes the situation sticky...but age is nothing but a number (except in the eyes of the law!) I wouldn't trust him though...if he lied about something as simple as his age who knows what else he'd lie about, right?

So yes, you can fall in love as a teenager. Keep in mind that this guy probably won't be the last guy you date--and the person you date next you might love even more. Hope this helps!! And good luck with your future endeavors!

The reason is that teenagers are prone to commit wrong decision and easier to lure into sweet nothing.
Cheer up! age doesn't matter. Actually he's not too old for you.
Finish your studies for a successful future, okay?

"They" say that because young people haven't had the experience to know the difference between real love and that crazy, head-spinning infatuation. Some young people DO really fall in love, and some are lucky enough to stay in love, but many MANY young people "fall in love" with different people far too frequently for it to be the real thing.

Guys like him make me sick....10 years difference between your age....and you were only 16....wow! he used you. Its "easier" to get younger girls...so ya...thats what happen there. anyways.

they say young people cant fall in love because you have to learn from experience what you really want in your lover. Young people simply don't have that experience.

I think maybe we havent experienced it? Maybe because we are young and stupid? I'm not sure, maybe simple most young couples don't work out because they are inexperienced in what really makes a couple.

But then i don't know - im a teenager and never been in love...

"It's only the thrill of telling your friends 'ALL HIS BUSINESS',
and that's only because he's grown. By far, he's more than
sexually experienced than a boy, and those details are more
interesting to your friends, (and the police), for that matter."

"When I was in high school, (heck! I come from California
Republic), junior high school then high school, 'ear-hustling'
those whispered, classroom conversations was more
interesting to me than other sexual relationships I would
often overhear."

they say that teens can't fall in love because they say that teens are young a unsure about there feelings. one minte your in love then the next your not. i don't feel that way i think that if you love some one it is love no matter how old you are if that is how you feel then you are in love. age really does not matter to me.
