How else will those heathen Martians ever hear the word of God. Unless we convert them all, their souls will burn forever in the lake of fire.

We don't really know if Earth is the really the center of the universe where our God is universally known so we cannot assume if there are inhabitants of Mars. The best we can do is probe Mars with all our scientific technology, puny as it seems today, or all the planets we know to solve the mysteries of Creations.
