We always have ours out, and we only buy ones made in the U.S. They are hard to find, but when we do, we buy several so that we always have a fresh one available if the one flying shows wear. And, we make sure to dispose of them properly, too. The local boy scouts have collections each year and burn them properly.

"pupils now not being punished for turning an American Flag the different way up and flying a mexican flag above it."? properly, you need to now not get punished from that. i don't get indignant with the help of that for the period of any respect... A mosque builging is, eevntually, an outstanding ingredient to do. we won't say "no, you may now not construct something here, because of the fact which you're a muslim and another lunatics muslims killed a great variety of individuals years in the past..." The wall between muslim and christian worlds turns into even thicker! If we try this! And Obama's nomination? What, do you have a extra efficient option? Are you a professonal or a infant-kisser like Obama? Who you think of you're? Obama is conscious what he's doing.

We fly the flag as many times as possible because we are proud to be Americans. My family has a long history of veterans so we all learned early on the meaning of the flag and to be proud of this country and to always honor those who fought for our freedoms. Every person should read Flags of our Fathers to get a better understanding. There are probably many other great writings on the subject.

Yes, I do.
I have had a flag flying everyday since 9/11/01.
I guess it took something as awful as an attack on American soil to make me realize that I should be proud to be an American.
The one way I can show my pride in my country is by displaying my American flag prominently for all to see.

We used to fly a HUGE flag that hung down from the roof line - size of a double car garage. It was too big when we would go in and out of the garage. We got it right after 9/11 and that was the only size they had left. I have a sticker on my car.

We need to get a new one.

I do. I have a Queen Anne Victorian, and, she originally had a flag off of the front porch. The "holder" is still there, so, yes, I do. I had an old flag that had fewer stars that I used to bring out on "special occasions". Unfortunately, while I was at my parents house on one 4th of July, there was a storm and the flag ended up wound around a nearby shrub and ripped.... very sad.

Yes, I proudly fly it.

I don't have one flying at my house but I do have a US flag. The reason I don't fly it is because I live in apartments so there is no where to fly it from.

I have 3 small flags (4" x 6") in my pen holder on my desk. I don't have one on the house because in the past, decorations have "gone missing" from the front yard, otherwise I would.
