I was wondering if both my parents kicked me out of my house or if they got mad at me one day lets say they found out im pregnant and they were mad and kicked me out and i leave can they still make me go back home even though i dont want to? Or even cus im 4 months away from turning 18 ? Can you be treated as an adult if u decide to move out or becase im pregnant and im gonna be 18 almost ? or would i get the person i would leave with in truble since hes 22?

Most state laws consider the threshold for sex with a minor at 16. This may not be the case in your state but I'm willing to bet it is.
There are two issues you need to look at.
1) Your states "Age of Majority"
2) Your states "Age of Consent"
These are two seperate issues that essentially mean the age of which you are considered an adult and the age of which having sex is no longer a legal issue as far as a sexual offense with an older person.
If you are still considered a "minor" in your state...your parents can legally force you to return home.
If you are under the Age of Majority your state will have certain criteria that allows an individual to claim "emancipation" with and without going to court.

Technically since you are not 18 yet, your parents have the right to make you come home and YES they can file charges against the person you left with seeing they are 22. It is called endangering the heath & wellbeing of a minor.

Between 16 and 18 is a very gray area in terms of when parents can force you out of their home.
