none...they are loaded with various forms of sugar and are highly processed. they should only be used as the occasional treat.

truly healthy foods are all natural so they are natural occurring and are grown in the soil or are derived from animals or fish.

the less chemicals that you put in your body on a daily basis the healthier you will be in the long run.

non you should have a normal cereal or a healthy piece of toast and glass of juice or tea before you leave in the morning

None, they are just as bad as normal choc as full of sugar. Treat them as something to eat occasionally, not as a good health product.

I like special k the best..they actually taste good and it does break our teeth off to eat it.
