That's not what Paying it forward is about.Paying it forward is an act of kindness. It can be anything from giving a meal to someone who is hungry to giving a helping hand taking care of some elderly person's yard. You don't ask how you can help, you see the problem and do what you can to help. You do not ask for anything in return for yourself but you ask them "to pay it forward", that is do something to aid someone else in need. It was never about getting something in return. Also some people do breakout when they are sexually active with someone. Use toothpaste to clear up your face.

I am sorry i do not understand the whole of this this question The first line i do , and that is how can you help me. well you can just be you and do not change , if people want to say nasty things about you , then to me especially if they do not know you , they are very arrogant themselves , IF someone asked me if they could help me , it would be only common curtitcy to reply in a nice manner . they is no need for anyone to be rude in answering or asking a question , So please do not change from who you are , and do not let them upset you , either . AS FOR THE SECOND line i have no idea as to what it means. maybe it is something that is only used in your country ,
