can u say to me wich game to get? and can u tell what is the difference between the 2 games:( graphics,gameplay...)

I would go with FIFA 08.
I've done some research on both games and it seems that FIFA 08 is the better of the two based on better graphics and excellent AI. You can download the FIFA 08 demo from the Playstation Store if you want to try the game out.
Pro Evolution isn't bad, but again, after doing some research I would suggest FIFA 08.

I'd say PES.
Personally, i can't get on with Fifa. I've tried the demo for this years version and just still doesn't feel right to me. (Looks ok, all the right teams, etc. but PES feels more natural.)
