My job is making me miserable but the benefits are really nice and the pay is nice for what my job is. However, i can't stand anyone who works here the commute is horrible...its like the movie office space with their stupid TPS reports. I haven't had much luck finding a new job though that will pay me what i'm getting now. HELP!

I have been in the situation, I stayed until I found something, However if you quit before finding a new job try to have at least two months (if not more) salary in the bank. Also get some solid career advice. I know of a company that gives you an "advice" hot line with their materials. They are at www.learntosucceed.biz.

Good luck

I say stay until you find something else. I quit my job before having a backup job and I am sooo miserable and broke. At least you'll have money. Just start searching for another job.

Honestly.. having deal with someone who still had feelings for his ex... I would say this is not sounding good since she is still his boss. I think he should look for a new job at the very least. Ask yourself, who's his #1 choice? If it's you, great, then the relationship is worth working for. If it's not you (and trust me this happens to all of us), then please get out now while you can.
