im not sure if i do have a cavity or not but some times when i eat just the last day or so i keep getting a shape stinging pain in my tooth up into my jaw and face...i can't see any black spots or any weird spots but what do you think? i don't want to go to the denist til im sure cuz they are alot of money i don't have....im so worryed i have a cavity i will proably pass out in the chair if i do isn't that sad to think im 20 too lol

Yep you got a cavity. And you don't have to have a black spot for it to be a cavity. And its not that expensive. Usually $100-$200 to get it fixed. If you don't fix it, it will only get worse. Just go see the dentist.

Better to go get it looked at by a dentist than letting it get worse. Pennywise, pound foolish as they say.
