I prefer it when they say, "But the Bible says..." Like it's a valid argument to use on someone who hasn't accepted the Bible as literal fact.

i think of you could desire to be an atheist to appreciate. because of nature of christianity, it reasons christians to anticipate they're impressive and that's their project to "save" others. that's frequently very stressful no longer in basic terms to atheists, yet for human beings of alternative religions who're informed by ability of christians that they persist with fake Gods. Christianity reasons a caveat of alternative issues besides, no longer in basic terms to society yet to the christians themselves. If the christian faith replaced into an accepting, tolerant faith, i think atheists would not attempt to point out that there is not any evidence of any Gods. Hindus have self assurance in multiple Gods, yet they do no longer harass human beings like many christians do. i think of the source of aggravation for many atheists is the intolerance taught by ability of the religion itself, yet christianity isn't the only faith that reasons human beings to do undesirable issues so atheists bypass after the source. i think of if christianity have been quite a valuable faith, atheists could care if it replaced into based on a lie. form of like the exhilaration Santa Clause brings toddlers. there are a number of respectable christians and that i've got friends and family members individuals who're christian. regrettably there are too many christians that pass the line because of fact of their non secular ideals. Christians want to argue with atheists greater effective than the different team because of fact we are those providing rational reasons for disbelief. a minimum of the different religions agree that there is God or Gods.

Daft & stupid?
Do you ridicule a car mechanic because he refers to the manual?
Do you ridicule the President because he refers to the constitution?
Do you ridicule a chef because he refers to the recipe?
When you live by something, you quote it.

Well, atheists use the argument "because science has shown it to be true". It depends on weather you use science or the bible to gain knowledge.

If you're going to argue theology, you are going to have to accept theological sources.

Otherwise, it would be legitimate for me to have you prove scientific theory without using math, biology, chemistry, or physics.
