Feminism was started by the Rockefellers who wanted more women in the workplace for three reasons:
1) More taxes collected
2) Children taken away and put into propaganda filled "public schools"
3) Some women would put work above child bearing at all, thus sterilizing them (in line with evil eugenics plans)
Feminism is a deception and it's amazing how many have fallen for it, only to realize on the other side that it was a lie all along. I thank God daily that my wife didn't fall for it.

B/c women and men, in general equal out.
To be very generic, women rule the household. They raise children (both male and female) nurture everyone in the family, decide what to eat, what clothes are proper to wear, furnish and clean the house-there are plenty of area a woman has to constantly think about. Men tend to focus on one subject and can do extremely well on it. So, how is it that women should submit to an electrician guys opinion on how to raise children?
There are exceptions, lots of them, so making a blanket rule like 'women should be submissive' does not include the factors involved and it is extremely disrespectful to the ones who are intelligent. Tell me, do you think either Hillary Clinton or Laura Bush should be submissive to some 30 year old guy who works at McDonald's b/c he couldn't be bothered to get a HS degree?

I guess some have a misunderstanding of what the bible says about the subject.Being submissive doesn't mean being abused or being a slave. Its says "Submit to one another out of reverence for Christ" Ephesians 5:21 "Wives submit to your husbands as to the lord"Ephesians 5:22 "Husbands, love your wives just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her"Ephesians 5:25. Men are held responsible for the family by God."But if any provide not for his own, and specially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel." 1 Timothy 5:8.

I think people incorrectly assign the notion of "worth less" to someone who is submissive.
We are all to be submissive to the Lord...that is not bad, or worthless, at all.
God will hold the man responsible for the spiritual well-being of his household...not the woman. This is part of being the head of household. Similarly, the woman has her roles in a family. Roles do not mean one is more worthy than the other. You will find that in most cases, when the Lord is at the center of a marriage, and both people are exercising their roles as defined in the Bible, that marriage will be a picture postcard of peace, joy, and fully functional.

I wouldn't say that women are submissive. We definitely have different responsibilities in our roles in society, as opposed to males. Our responsibilities are not a result of our striving, but they are a test from God in which we will be held accountable for how we used them.
However, men and women are spiritual equals and are judged equally by God.

You would have done well 1700 years ago when they voted on the bible. Some historical records show that the vote to have women made property of men, and have them on leashes, was a very close vote. By the way, it wasn't god's will it was misogynistic men who wanted to rule an empire. Mary Magdalena was Jesus favorite, should you actually read the bible, but 300 years after the fact they said she was a prostitute. She came from a wealthy family and was well regarded. When that was proven they said she had 7 demons. Anything to get her out of the starting line up. Maybe you should actually read something some day.

Men are not, in general, more intelligent, patient or insightful than women. Why does having male genitals make him superior to me?
Because women have been held down for so long, and were never allowed to be educated (with few exceptions), men assumed that we were somehow "less" than they were--and these assumptions made it into religious texts to support the status quo.
In this day and age, there is no evidence of man's superiority in any of these arenas--he has more brute strength, but might does NOT make right. Men make just as many stupid decisions as women, and just as many good ones. Only a parent has a right to make decisions about your life--once you grow up, no one should tell you what to do, but rather you should decide on your own or IN PARTNERSHIP WITH your husband.

It both is and isn't culture. I'm not a Christian, but I know the Bible inside and out and I know to what you are referring. No person male or female would be happy having major choices in their live devcidsed for them, because of something they couldn't help: their gender.
What if you married and your husband wanted you to cut your hair a certain way, just because. Of course, that isn't a major choice. What if your husband wanted no children, but you got pregnant--would you put the child up for adoption or abort it because the man didn't want a child? Or what if he wanted you to work where you didn't want to work--why would you consider it a good thing for women to submit to another person to make personal and life decisions for them? We have minds that are just as good as men.
Pauk also says to cover your hair when you go to church, to not braid it, aqnd to not cut it short. Do you follow those?

God does not require this from women, but founders of religions says (wrongly) it must be that way, e.g Saint Paul said so about the submissive role of women and Muhammad said so too.

Nobody created women to be submissive - it was the culture of that time that forced the idea on people. It's absolutely ridiculous that you actually think that way.
