That is the question of the day. I had a rather unique dish
myself. I had some skillet fried shrimp with, beef flavored
noodles, mixed with geen peppers. It was delicious !
Nice and fat free eating. That is what I am talkin' about......
The fall season is here, and I wanna be more creative
this time around. What did you have for dinner on last
night ? Best dinner wins.

I had pork chops, mustard gravy with fried onions, mashed potato and vegetables. It was warming and comforting...lush! This dish is also really nice if you add some sliced apple to the gravy...goes really well with pork.

I have a super hit super easy recipe that we enjoyed last night. It's called Santa Fe Stuffed Chicken Wraps. I thinly slice chicken breasts or buy them that way, coat them in italian style bread crumbs with additional seasonings (parsley, paprika et al), boil and season potatoes or cooked veggies on hand with shredded cheese and salsa mixed in, put the mixture in the middle of the chicken breast, roll it up, secure with a toothpick, dab some salsa on top with a bit of shredded cheese and put it in the toaster oven/oven for 15 -20 minutes at 375. Served with seasoned wild rice on the side and the plates were licked clean. Dinner was ready so fast!

Stuffed cabbage rolls in homemade tomato sauce and home Meade garlic herb bread it was yummy and easy too.
I had separated the cabbage leaves earlier in the late summer and placed them in a zip top bag with paper towel between the leaves and then froze them I had the stuffing made up and in the freezer too just thaw stuff and cook. The bread was made in the bread maker there was plenty so we are having leftovers tonight(talk about an easy dinner tonight)

Caldo de res. It's a Mexican soup made with ox tails, potatoes, carrots, cabbage, small corn on the cobs, celery, and turnips. Oh yeah and some Spanish rice. I also threw in some pico de gallo for a little spice.
