Assuming you are talking about the gemstone, pink pearls differ in each category.

Freshwater Pearls
Freshwater pearls are produced by the Hyriopsis cumingii and Hyriopsis schelgelii mussels, found almost exclusively in China. The three main natural colors of freshwater pearls are white, lavender, and peach. The peach color is also referred to as "pink". Of all pearl varieties, this "pink" pearl has the deepest saturation. Most "pink" pearl necklaces are freshwater pearls.
The color is not rare and is not considered more valuable than white or lavender.

White South Sea Pearls
These are pearls produced by the Pinctada maxima mollusk mainly in western Australia. The pink overtone does occur, but it is rare and very valuable. It is important to note that the bodycolor of the pearls is almost never actually pink, it is white, and the overtones are pink.

Akoya Pearls
Akoya pearls are produced by the Pinctada fucata martensii mollusk primarily in China and Japan. The pearls are white to cream, and often display silver and blue overtones when harvested. The most common commercial color, however, is white with a pink overtone. This color is produced by "pinking". This is done with an organic red dye. It is important to note that while these pearls are considered pink, or white with pink overtones, the pink coloration is almost never natural in akoya pearls.

Pink Pearl apples are generally medium sized, with a conical shape. They are named for their bright, pink flesh. They have a translucent, yellow-green skin, and a crisp, juicy flesh with tart to sweet-tart taste. Pink Pearl apples ripen in late August to mid-September.

If you're talking jewelry... I imagine its just a regular pearl dyed pink.
