This isn't part of the dream but the place was huge and despite all the "official rules and regulations" it was run by a culture of "good ole boys" and "in-laws". The boss had over 40 years with the company when he retired. He was a vindictive little yes man" who gave you your annual performance reviews based on "corner gossip" that he never verified himself.There were a few sure ways to make contacts like become an "Amway" peddler because there was an "Amway" net work. Another way was play golf and let the boss beat you.
One woman showed up a year after me. She's a nervous wreck who "sickenly sweet flatters" everyone but if your a boss with power she oozes it all over them. She never got laid off!
In a dream I saw a lot of the people who were my supervisors and I got a message from a friend of mine that had passed away saying I would have done a lot better had I went to the bar where the bosses hung out every Friday afternoon and drank with them.

It happened to me too, and it still bothers me years later. It was a major life event and it's normal that it shows up in your dreams. Finding a way to move on and let go will help. We tend to define ourselves by our work, and that makes a setback like this all the more devastating. Think about all your great qualities and all the wonderful things in your life, great and small. Don't let that dumb old boss rob you of your rightful joys.

You are clearly unresolved on the job, the people and the conflict they put you through. Your dream shows that you never had closure over your mistreatment at that location and wish you had cleared your mind of your anger when you left.
I would recommend you sit and write a letter to each of the parties who offended you and include the business itself as an entity. Then burn them so the anger you put into the letters is consumed by the flame and you can release this past pain and move forward.
