This isn't part of the dream but the place was huge and despite all the "official rules and regulations" it was run by a culture of "good ole boys" and "in-laws". The boss had over 40 years with the company when he retired. He was a vindictive little yes man" who gave you your annual performance reviews based on "corner gossip" that he never verified himself. There were a few sure ways to make contacts like become an "Amway" peddler because there was an "Amway" net work. Another way was play golf and let the boss beat you.
One woman showed up a year after me. She's a nervous wreck who "sickenly sweet flatters" everyone but if your a boss with power she oozes it all over them. She never got laid off!
In a dream I saw a lot of the people who were my supervisors and I got a message from a friend of mine that had passed away saying I would have done a lot better had I went to the bar where the bosses hung out every Friday afternoon and drank with them.
Injustice ruled at that place
