having a backup plan is always a good idea

Personally I would not bother. In fact I would be quite happy that they predicted only 10% chance of rain for my wedding day.
The tents are a large extra expense that there is only a 10% chance you will need.
Keep checking the weather each day up to your wedding and if the predictions get majorly worse then go ahead and book them. Otherwise just have some white golf umbrellas (this is mostly for you incase there is just a little spitting, so it doesn't ruin your dress)

10%....that is practically nothing. On most days there is a small chance of rain, and on most days it is still clear. I wouldn't worry about paying the extra $$ and getting a tent with such a small chance. Chances are its definitely going to be fair weather for your big day!! How manydays in advance do you have to have to get tents? Just keep up with the weather, and I'd say as long as it doesn't go over like 30%, you're fine!!!

btw, congrats!!!

Yes, I would.

There is so much going on, and so much excitement with the whole day, the last thing you want to do it worry about the weather.

And if it rains, you're covered - if not, tents are very romantic and elegant - so either way you come out on top.

Good Luck - And Congratulations!!

I wouldn't worry about it. A 10% chance means there is practically no chance of rain. You should worry about anything over a 30%, and if it raises over 50% then just go ahead and have the wedding indoors.

If you're having an outdoor wedding you should always get tents, just in case. Or have an alternate hall booke or something. You don't want to conduct your wedding ceremony in the rain do you?

Because it is so close I would reccomend getting at least one tent that all of your guests can stand under if it does happen. More than likely 10% will only sprinkle for a few minutes then stop quickly.
I would just get one to be safe.
Good luck and congrats.

10% chance? Are there any rain storms heading your way? If not don't waste your money. If anything wait for a few days more to see if the weather changes.

I wouldn't worry about the 10% chance of rain...but tents might be a good idea (instead of dresses) if you or your bridesmaids are extremely overweight...

There is a 10% chance of rain today......It's pouring. I would get the tents.

It would depend on where you're located and the weather of that area. I think tents are also expensive...so figure out if it's in the budget. Either way though, if you get them they can't hurt. If your wedding is outside, it might provide extra shade if it's warmer weather.
