Freeview help?

we have jsut got a grundig GUDSTB1000 freeview box, it is all connecte as shows but it wont let us record normal tv channels. It shows that it is recording but when you play it back there is no picture? any help?

do u mean record using a video recorder or is it a built in freeview hard drvie .
the video isnt working probably due to cable being wrong set up ,
the hard drive need to record of the freeview channels not analogue read the manual again it maybe needs tuned into the tv

With your freeview box switched on the TV is in SCART mode switch freeview box off to watch VHS.
