I was just curious. Further, why do misotheists make fun of the Baalam's Donkey story? Is it any more absurd to them then the rest of the Bible?

It shows an extreme limitation on the angel, i.e. a simple donkey can move slightly out of the way and the angel can't catch up. Then there is also the bit about knowing what the enemy is up to, and knowing the story about Balaam's travels - extremely good intelligence for the time or a word of mouth tale...

Then there is the "one shot" donkey talking, as god gets fed up with his angel not being able to get the message across, he gives the donkey speech in this one case.

No, it's not any more absurd. Nor any less. Misotheist? That's a new one....
