I'm not sure but My sister says she sick and can't eat. Maybe she really is sick but how long does it take if you don't eat to loose pounds and get sick? She wont tell me anything but I'm sick

You don't get sick from not eating, you get weak. Sounds like your sister has a stomach bug. Try and get her to take sips of water or flat 7-up. She should also try and eat a little, like crackers or plain toast.

I THINK IT IS GREAT THAT YOU ARE NOTICED AND THAT YOU ARE CONCERNED. I WOULD TALK TO MOM AND LET HER KNOW YOU ARE WORRIED. ANOTHER THING YOU CAN LOOK AT IS.... IS SHE UP AN MOVING? SO ALL THE THINGS SHE WOULD NORMALLY DO IF SHE WASN'T SICK. YOU CAN ALSO OFFER TO MAKE HER SOMETHING THAT IS EASY TO EAT IF YOU HAVE A STOMACH BUG- THE B.R.A.T DIET. BANANAS, RICE, APPLES-WITHOUT THE SKIN-, AND TOAST. ANYTHING TO ABSORB ACID IN THE STOMACH IF SHE IS FEELING SICK TO HER STOMACH. MAKE SURE SHE IS DRINKING FLUIDS AND MAYBE LET HER KNOW, THE LONGER SHE GOES WITHOUT FOOD, THE WEAKER SHE WILL FEEL. SOMETIMES, JUST GETTING THAT FIRST FEW BITES OF FOOD MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE.

After a day if she doesn't eat take her to the doctor, maybe she is allured sick and that's why she doesn't eat .

I have done a religious fast for 40 days and I'm not dead. I took plenty of vitamins, drank juice and water, and that was it.

well, if she is sick, then, your parents need to deal with it and get her to a doctor.
