A bit of history.... Ty and I have been on and off for the past 2 years, we practically grew up together.. we've been talking, and we've snuck out to see each other...
I was talking to him on the phone and he said if I messed around with other guys it would make him mad. Is he implying that he likes me? To what extent would you go if you liked someone? Would you sneak out for them, if your knee was broken?

he already snuck out & his knee is broken, Yes, I've told him flat out I liked him, and I still do... So where do I go from here? Should I flat out ask him where he wants to go with this?

He's implying that he would be mad if you messed around with other guys, but that he would NOT be mad if you messed around with other girls, so go for it.

He's implying he wants you to be his exclusively. I'd sneak out to see someone under normal circumstances, but not if it impaired possibly the healing of a broken knee. You know he'll wait to see you when you're well enough just by his remarks.

Any time a guy is jealous, he likes the girl. It's that simple. And if he announces it to her, he really likes her and is trying to tell her without actually saying it directly. If he's sneaking out with a broken leg, that's just more proof.
Why is this so hard to figure out?

Sounds like he's interested in being with you, but unsure how to proceed. Try talking to him about it, ask him how he feels and let him know how you feel.
I don't know about sneaking out to see him with a broken knee, it may cause you more trouble than you think.

If I was in your place I would say that just implying isn't really good enough for me, if the guy doesn't have the guts to come out and say it, then I'll mess around with whoever I want.

I would say he likes you, but sneaking out and getting caught could be trouble for both of you. Instead invite him over if you can and have fun
