I've been dating my boyfriend for a little over a month now, and when it comes time for me to head home, he always asks me to stay the night. I don't, and it isn't because I don't want to because I'd love nothing more then to be wrapped up with him all night, it's because I have never really done it before. I'm 20 he's 28, my parents like him & plus, he's my neighbor. If we lived miles apart I could understand, but I live 1/2 a mile from him. I just don't see the point in it. Is that wrong? Or am I just scared?

Hi, just tell him you don't feel comfortable staying over yet. It's only been a month. There's nothing wrong with how you feel. You may change your mind later on in the relationship, and there will be plenty time for cuddling all night then.

properly, that's a confusing question to respond to as a results of fact all and sundry has his or her very own values. Born interior the 50's, i'm from the old college once you weren't allowed to coach any PDA (Public demonstrate of love) except you had to have your butt kicked by using your mum and dad. i in my view does not decide to be certain my son's female chum slumbering in my homestead no longer to show in his mattress. yet returned, different mum and dad might sense in any different case approximately it. tell them that your homestead isn't a lodge and that they'd desire to coach you some understand.

There is nothing wrong with waiting until you want to. Alot of us got pressured into doing it before we were truly ready and i for one really regret it. Spend the night on your own terms and when you are ready for all that it will bring.

just talk to him about it tell him that you've never "spent the night" before and that your just not sure if your ready for something like that if hes really a good guy he'll understand and wait until you say your ready or he'll talk with you for a while about it to make sure your comfortable with the idea

Ok, let's just be honest... he isn't looking for you to stay because it's more convient.

He wants you to share his bed and probably more.

Now, if you don't want to do that, then you're right in saying no. Just don't think(even if he says otherwise) that it's because of the distance that he's offering.

I think your a bit scared, and that's ok, just don't let it dictate your life. There is nothing wrong with taking it slow with him. Spend the night when you think you are ready to. You have just met him, don't be a rush.

No you're not wrong. Go at your own pace. Theres no time limit for when you have to stay the nite. If he respects you, he will continue to respect that until you're ready.

if you do want to spend the night, then spend the night. just because you spend the night does not mean you have to give your self up to him. if he is right for you and you spend the night and tell him you are waiting till marrige then he should understand.

There is no place like our own bed. It's just that you want to wake up at home... it gives you comfort. Don't worry about it, he's fine.
