jenny puts Marie back on the phone forgeting that she was leaving a message
Marie: So what did He (ryan...thats me) say?
Jenny: He said he only wants to be friends but he didnt say those exact words...he said that he didnt have feelings for you
Marie: oh....okay
Jenny: yea im sorry i know that emmotional goodbyes are always hard
Marie: ......."

There's an off-chance this is a warning that you're giving Marie the wrong signals, but more likely the dream is about you, not Marie.
What attracts you to Marie, and what does she symbolize to you, on an abstract level (innocence, joy, something like that)? In the dream you're being cut off from Marie, either by a third party or your own doing. My guess is that whatever Marie means to you is missing or repressed in yourself, and your unconscious is suggesting that you should reconnect with or develop whatever Marie represents. This could also be a comment on the nature of your attraction to Marie--that it's driven by a wish to complete yourself, which is a dangerous place to start a relationship.

it means that while you like marie, you have a issue (good or bad) with Jenny. Jenny is seen as pulling marie away from you and marie is a nutral person. If you like marie, she dons't know. Jenny suspects and likes you so marie is now a threat to her... hope I help.
