Drink green teas not the kind you get in bottles at the store. Go to a tea shop and get the lose or powedered kind and drink it daily.

Drink lots of water to flush out your system and kidneys.
White Milk Thistle will cleanse out the liver. (Take for a month)

Don't eat meat for a week and eat only salads and steamed veggies, whole fruits and make sure your take in alot of fiber to also flush out toxic build up in the intestines.

No sodas,coffee,sugars, processed foods, pizzas things like that.
Colonics do not work and if they are not properly sanitized you run the risk of a bacteria being transmitted into your intestines.

Drink at least 8 glasses of water with lemon squeezed in it (preferably organic) and buy an organic laxative tea, and drink it every night before bed. I would drink it around 5 or 6 cause I don't want to wake up in the morning having to use the restroom at work.

Your body has a perfectly marvellous system built in. Your sweat glands, kidneys, liver etc were all made to do the job. You must put in the right nutrition. A balanced diet, plenty of fluids, vitamins from fruit, plenty of exercise.
