Is there any organic ways to combat fleas, when they get inside of your house?? There not bad yet, the cat is being treated for them as well.

Is there some thing that can effectively be used, to rid those things from the house? some thing, non toxic? Maybe some thing, that can be vacumed up after words??

Yes. Borax is very effective: I've used it several times, when critters brought fleas into the house.

Sprinkle it heavily on your furniture and carpet, and vacuum it up after about 20 minutes. And keep vacuuming every day for about 2 weeks to make sure you get any newly-hatched ones. And wash your bedding and any curtains that drape onto the floor, and treat your kitty's bed.

You should use a mixture of boric acid and salt. Boric acid acts as a desiccant and dries out the exoskeleton of the flea, but does not have any side effect on human beings or animals. Check this out http://pests.in/fleas.html
