So lacking in direction am I that I have decided to pick ONE thing of this list to do that will change my life, not too much, but it's nice to change tack now and again.
It can be a silly, as radical, or as sensible and thought provoking as you like...
I am a little shy, so no crowd activities, and I am a student, so no cash activities...can you sugest something such as;
"Do ___ more" or "Change _____"
If I can help someone else, all the better, but to change something about myself, is a good place to start.
Any ideas?

Learn what your expectations are (before they sneak up on you).
Many people, women and men, have a myriad of subconscious expectations especially about relationships and love. They are often silly or romantic or lustful, and we do not really believe that they are going to happen, but deep down inside we are disappointed when we get something good that is not what our expectation is.
The better you know your subconscious, the happier you will be when you get something good.
The common curse "Careful what you wish for" gets turned into "love the one you're with".
PS: This does NOT mean settle for someone abusive or neglectful. It does mean that if you really like flowers, you can recognize that and teach your man to bring them to you.

No money or crowd activities....you might be able to volunteer for something that doesn't involve crowds. Maybe an animal shelter or something medical where you're one on one with people or children.
Otherwise you can always go simple and help yourself by walking every day or eating better.

Try to take every negative comment (or at least many) that you hear or make and turn it into SOMETHING positive. Just find some way of making it a positive statement instead of something negative. I guarantee it will change your general attitude and outlook on life, slowly but surely.
"Why can't old people just drive decently?!?!?!?"
"It's good that they are not trying to drive faster than they feel comfortable driving."

The aging process. I do not mind being many years but I do mind being old. There is so much to do and learn and the healthier I am the better. Not too bad yet but in ten years it might be as eighty often is old.

Turn your back on religion, walk away and never look back.
You will feel much better after relieving yourself of such a ridiculous burden.

Do a good deed every day for someone or something.
Good deeds are the antidote to the world's evil.
May G-d bless all your efforts!

Just go outside.... and the first person you see. Just smile, and say hi, how are you?
You might be surprised how you feel after wards... it can be hour, day, week and even life changing.

How about your ability to help others? Do you help others? Do others help you? Can you appreciate the help from others? Do others appreciate your help? Can you be helped? Can others be helped by you? Help is an important word.
If nothing else, it also increases your responsibility for yourself, your family, your friends, school, teachers, pets, things, life, etc.
