most of the time i quite like my figure, im a curvy size 10 with big boobs and hips, the problem is my flabby stomach, i dont want to lose any weight incase i looked out of proportion or my boobs shrank... but i want to no how to tone my stomach up a bit, i used to do a lot ov swimming, gymnastics and horseriding but i dont want my thighs to bulk up!
any ideas anyone?

i forgot 2 mention i broke a couple ribs a few months ago so i cant do any situps ... they hurt!

Even though you say that you don't want to lose any weight, in order to tone that belly area you will have to get rid of the flab by losing a bit of weight.

Now, if you started to do chest exercises it will build up your pecs and keep your boobs perky and will appear larger, so any lose of weight you had in your boobs would not be noticeable. You would be replacing fat with muscle.

You can do some targeted mid-section exercises but you will still need to burn off the fat. Good exercises would be push-aways, the bicycle, reverse crunches, chair squats and oblique V-ups. For your chest you could do push ups and get small hand weights or resistance bands. This way you can lose the fat, get a slimmer belly and still look curvy.

I've had a lot of luck with pilates...and it won't bulk you up. Try a local class and see if you like it.

when i stopped eating refined sugar, i got really skinny.
so, dont eat candy, SODA, sugary drinks, and ice cream. stuff like that. lots of fruit!!! it helps. :]
i went a couple of weeks with out it, and the changes were amazing! this will work perfectly for you!
