As a Gunsmith and a Dealer, I can tell you that Ruger does not make a left-handed version of their popular Model10-22
Semi-automatic Rifle.

As an NRA Youth Hunting & Shooting Mentor, for the last 20 years, I've seen, taught and witnessed dozens of people that were left handed shooting the right handed ejection Ruger 10-22 Rifle... Not EVER, have I seen anyone have any issues with ejected cases,. There is absolutely NO NEED to purchase a brass deflector, as the 10-22 ejects it's empty rounds at a 90 degree angle as the gun is fired.Shooting left handed the cases will go out slightly forward and over your right shoulder... The brass will not fly back into your face, nor will it even hit you in the head. Ruger designed this Rifle to be used by both right handed AND LEFT handed shooters of all ages. You can also purchase one of several left-handed stocks if needed to suit your needs...It is an excellent quality firearm and in the top 5 of most popular guns in the U.S. today.

I'd go with the stainless. both rifles will function pretty much the same but if you decide to upgrade the rifle later on the stainless receiver has a much better finish, the "blue" is actually a black texture finish although it's durable and looks good ruger wasn't very good about polishing the inside of the receiver and the finish can cause function problems until it wears down, also on some of the rifles the barrel was installed before the finish was completely cured so it may be a little tough to remove the barrel (I know this from 1st hand experience). the real fun of the 10/22 is all the custom parts available and how incredibly easy they are to work on, I only have 3 parts left that are factory ruger on mine. a match grade trigger, bull barrel and better stock really help in the accuracy department.

Nope.
Definately not.
Sorry.
I suggest you purchase a brass catcher such as the one made for the 10-.22 by E&L. It'll keep your empties out of your face.....
And for a lefty with a semi-auto, that's half the battle.
Ruger DID make a left handed 77-.22 bolt action a while back, but no 10-.22.
Stag Arms makes a left-handed AR-15...
....Now THERE'S a cool toy.

nope..if the do then its a special order..all guns eject on the right side..there are guns you can change the ejection port on ..like the Stery Aug ..in order to make it a lefty on the 10/22..you have to change the bolt and receiver ..and reverse the ejection port and ejector on the bolt...good luck

not that i am aware of but you could always email Ruger customer support and ask if they do
here is their contact info

I am not sure if ruger has a custom shop or not but if they do they might make you one, but I am sure it will cost plenty
