I would say " I've seen it just now ".
"Proper" is an adjective while in this sentence you need for an adverb, as it's "just".

You would say "I see it properly now" (the adverb properly), or more likely, "I see it correctly now" (again, an adverb, correctly), or even "I understand it now".
