When I am in class,I can hardly concentrate on the lectures..when everyone is rhyming 'YES mam' & I am like..

The first thing is don't let yr mind stray away from the in the class, when yr mind are not there what the point of being there?
Second note what the lecturer say in point form....

Seriously though... try Ginko and less caffeine ... if that doesn't work you may try a few workshops on learning to focus... if that still doesn't work you may go to you doctor and get tested for ADD

How old are you? I suggest you go to your doctor and tell him this. You should be evaluated for ADD. Good luck.

Excercise your brain, play mahjong hihihi... or try some puzzles, crosswords etc... it may help
