Adjustment from conditional to permanent residency status is dependent on 2 years of marriage. your time living together would not count towards that requirement. However, depending on your reasons for getting the divorce, there may be some exceptions. If you can show mental or physical abuse, that would allow you to adjust to permanent status. You might want to consider talking to an immigration attorney to see if this might apply to you.

You have not been married that long before you divorced. All is voided as far as citizenship is concerned. You must apply on your own quickly before you are deported as an illegal.

Badly and back to the end of the line if they applied on the grounds of being a spouse of a citizen.

Divorce nulls and voids ANY applications for US citizenship. Either re-apply on your own....or head back south to Mexico.

The Border Patrol will not stand in your way into Mexico.

As long as you are able to show proof of divorce, there is no difference.

The above checklist is physically powerful, yet i might upload "selflessness"to it. you will desire to be keen to allow your mate to be thierself until that's damaging to the relationship. Faithfulness is likewise paramount. Infidelity, in any type, is damaging.
