and alienate me to.....can anyone tell me what i can do?
im extremely angry and upset about this.
i have bpd disorder, im struggling in life and iam very vunerable, so i dont need this.
im 30 years old had a very tramatic life

Tell yourself that you are better than them and they are only jealous.
You may not think that you have anything for people to be jealous of...but when people behave badly against you for no reason...It's usually because you have something that they don't have.

You really believe that ? Maybe it's just your imagination, people sometimes feel pity for themselves, thinking others are against them...it's not so rear an occurrence...
For most of trouble in our life we ourselves are to blame, one can't expect help from others if he's considered to be sound of mind and body, remember that... It's everyone for himself and that's the law of nature, you can't change it...There's no reason however you should hate those people, even if they were really after you; it happens in nature. Chimpanzee are sometimes like that; they chose a weak individual and kill him for no apparent reason, now we know humans are alike...Just don't show them your weakness and that might save you lots of trouble, that's my advice...
