By Eurasian girls, I think you're talking about luk-kreung (mixed race Thai-Caucasian), which do not include Russian pros (actually, in Bangkok these "Russian" prostitutes are mostly from Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and other Central Asian countries that were part of the former Soviet Union) or most of the girls you'll meet in bars.
If you are looking for companionship (relationship) and not just a short time physical interaction, then I suggest you to sign up with some Internet dating sites. You'll find plenty of Thai girls there, including some luk-kreung.

But they are nice and good looking, and they speak some English.
Pattaya is a good place to find them. Best in the lobby of the Russian owned hotels

There are loads!! Thailand is well known for that, plus farangs who cannot find someone in their own country go there to pick up someone. The girls don't appear to be particular. As as long as you can relieve them of their poverty even for a while, you should be OK. Some guys get trapped though...lolol.. they end up getting married!! Look for them mainly in touristy beach or nightclub areas.......
