A girl who always snobs me, and who never pays attention to me, today wished me happy birthday..She didnt say anything else, but if she wished me happy birthday you think she wants me?
But then after my birthday if she snobs me again?And i dont know her, jsut admire her..

Just 'happy birthday' means she is a generous and kind person and likes you as a friend. I do not believe she snobs you - if she would, she wouldn't care to wish you at all. Maybe you have misunderstood her. I believe she likes you like all of us do because you are sweet and funny. But, just this. If you want some extra attention from her, maybe you will not get it, especially if she is already in love with somebody else. I wish you find a good girl for yur own, who will admire you and love you. Happy birthday again!

She COULD have just wanted to be nice and wish you a happy birthday... I've done that many time to people I don't talk to. It feels good to wish someone a Happy Birthday.

Take it for what it was, a polite, friendly offer of birthday wishes. If you want to talk to her further then approach her and thank her for the birthday wishes.
