Everyone thinks bananas are some super health food. They are good for you but the main recommendation is for older people who need more potassium for their heart, and they are easy going down. It is better to vary you fruit from day to day. Find other fruits that are good for you and pick those that are in season. You should also vary your other breakfast foods as well. There are many macro-nutrients in foods based on the food and where it is grown. We are finding new beneficial effects all the time. I like a hot bowl of oatmeal with raisins and applesauce mixed in. (old fashion not instant; microwaved)

Pretty healthy, you should add some more fruit to that.
Maybe have a healthily-prepared egg (boiled or poached) to add protein

Sounds really healthy to me except in my case can't take milk so it would have to be low fat yoghurt instead
