Hi I have purchased some vitamins and have come across the BBE date on the bottom which says 07/07. I have contacted the company and they have offered a refund on unopened bottles. These particular ones I bought were 1/2 price. I bought them 2 weeks ago. I said they were out of date, they say not and that it is just I guide line and good for another year. What should I do?

BBE means best bought before or buy before expiration date. No, i wouldn't buy anything that's expired. You should bring all the containers to their attention and demand fresh items. However, vitamins shouldn't lose their potency unlike other drugs which have short shelf -life or half- life.

Best Before End
Most of them aren't accurate and you can use the products for a while after. I think they'd be fine to use now, Vitamins can't really cause any side effects, since you only take a couple at most, daily.
