The quantity would be huge, plus the tough, protective coating on apple pips allow them to pass intact through the digestive system of animals, including humans. So unless massive quantities of apple seeds are crushed and then eaten, they are perfectly safe to ingest.

I'd guess the amount you'd spend on apples would be better put towards a hit man as you obviously have someone in mind!! Lo xxx

You do know that you can just buy cyanide from like Southern States or a farm supply company. I did had a ground squirrel problem,...but not any more. =)
