Report her. Not because this is not what our taxes are paying for but because she is a pedophile and a there is something seriously wrong with her. She is preying on you ( which is not the same as being attracted to you ). She only wants you because there is a HUGE power difference between the two of you and because you are a virgin and young. She is looking at you as a victim not a lover. She sees you as gullible, not hot and sexy. She doesn't want a lover, a boyfriend, you are just an easy mark to her. She is a mental and emotional wreck. She is pathologically sick. She is simply preying on the HORMONES of a teenage boy, she knows you will be sexually interested and/or confused that is natural... ( She has undoubtedly done this before - and will again if you don't stop her ) This isn't about you sweetie, it is about her craziness. She isn't ATTRACTED to you, she is using your innocence to fill up a sick dark twisted place in herself. This can only bring you misery. Besides you risk ruining your future with a wonderful beautiful young girl who will see you as hot and sexy and special just for being you...That is the girl you should be losing your virginity with. Don't be the freak who had sex with his teacher. Report her

First of all, you don't say what sort of Teacher she is, or what sort of class/school you are in. Are you in some sort of Sexual Therapy Class in a world renowned Sex Institution? If you are, there are some high professional standards between therapists and clients, especially if she is a sex surrogate seducing virgins, but then again, it would depend on which Country you are from. Are you in the Netherlands? If you are, this is quite acceptable over there.
On the other hand, if you are a school age student in a normal, recognized Educational facility/environment...hell yeah, this is so wrong, and you must alert the authorities immediately! Teachers abide by a strict Code of Ethics. This is NOT normal for any Teacher who is in a position of trust to interact with any student, other than in a professional capacity, regardless of their age and/or attraction! If this is not a joke, and she is in fact carrying on with this type of inappropriate behavior, especially in a school, chances are, you are NOT the only victim, and, in this case, this is what you are...a victim. Unless you are looking for some sort of publicity, an appearance on the Jerry Springer Show or Inside Edition, I'd report her ASAP!!!!! You have an obligation to EVERY student in that school to do so!

Not knowing your age, I believe you should speak to her directly and tell her your what you feel. Remember, she is in a position of Trust and Authority, and she is abusing that trust and authority, both morally and LEGALLY. You also need to remember that you have a responsibility in this situation and don't be affraid to say "no", sure that guys will think your some kind of fool, should they know what is going on. But if in you heart you believe it is wrong, go with your heart. Then if she continues afer you have stated your position, seek out someone in authority and talk to them even if you have to do it anonymously. BUT you need to do something, don't just let it go.

ok
i do not know how OLD you are
but what your teacher is doing is WRONG
and you should report it before you find YOURSELF
in trouble
you are very vunerable in these cases
as she can claim you came on to her
can cut your grades
can FORCE you to do what she wants
and if you dont agree can get you into serious trouble
or before you get yourself into trouble as you did say
you are inexperienced
what happens if you do and then she drops you in favour of some other young man
what will that do to YOUR esteem and what would you
do that would not get you in trouble ?
before it starts i suggest that you talk to friends who
have witnessed incidents and go to the principal

Be careful and keep your mouth shut. Use protection. There is no telling how many guys have been there first. You don't want to catch anything.
