I mean, after cooked.

And by the way, are all lobsters red before cooked? (And are they all red after cooked?)

Most are a mottled green and brown before cooking. Some atlantic lobsters are a very cool blue but many of these are not cooked but put on display. The would also turn red when cooked. I have seen European lobsters and don't think there was any difference in color.

All are red after cooking, but I didn't think any were red before cooking.
Guess that answers your question in part at least. All are red after cooking, but a great many are not red before cooking.
