Once the meatballs are cooked, remove them from the pan and put them in a warm oven. Add 1/4 cup flour to the drippings and whisk it for a couple minutes until it's lightly browned. Then add 3 cups beef broth and whisk until sauce begins to thicken. Add 1/4 cup heavy cream and continue to cook until the gravy reaches the desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper as desired. Remove the meatballs from the oven and cover them with the gravy and serve.

i use this with my homemade and uncooked meatballs and cook all together....so i suggest heating the ingredients until a little thickened, pour over meatballs and bake in oven for the time suggested
8 tbsp brown sugar
garlic salt or powder
3 tbsp soya sauce
2 1/2 cup boiling water (less the pineapple juice)4 tbsp flour
3/4 cup vinegar
3/4 cup ketchup
2 bay leaves (optional)
i can pinapple (tidbits or crushed)
mix all together except pinapple chunks
add chunks ontop of meatballs after you have added sauce

Use cream of celery soup to make a gravy. After browning the meatballs, add the soup w/ a bit of milk or cream. Scrap up the brown bits & add salt, pepper & worchestshire sauce to taste.

add one bottle of open pit bbq sauce and one jar grape jelly to the meatballs, mix well. These are so yummy served on top of white rice. Serve with a tossed salad and crusty french bread and you have yourself any easy but delicious meal.

"Königsberger Klopse"
so shall they look. The meatballs are large. You have to form a ball inside your hands.

Fry some onions and garlic.
Add a large splash of sherry (optional)
Add some double cream and lots of black pepper
You could also add mushrooms and slices of pepper to this.

if you put the meat balls in the crock pot and then add 1 bottle of ketchup and 1 bottle of ginger ale, it'll cook down into a really awesome sauce . . . i know it sounds weird and isn't too healthy but it is so good.
