FF is Langley AFB, Va.
OT is Eglin AFB, FL.

(NO, the FF doesn't "stand for" First Fighter. What does the OT stand for with Eglin, then? Sometimes codes are just codes.)

The FF is the "Tail Flash" for Langely AFB, VA. It is the 1st Fighter Wing.
It stands for just that, First Fighter. Their motto is "Americas First Team"
