It's very likely that you won't get an exact number. It depends on your bike and weight, not just the shock.

You have to go by sag, which means how much travel is used just by your weight. There should be an oring on the stanchion (I guess), and when your off the bike, move it to the top. Then climb slowly on the bike when you're geared up, and see how much the o ring has moved. It should move about 25-33% of the entire travel.

If the shock is smaller than 5 inches, pump it up so that when you sit on the bike, the suspension should move about the width of your finger. If it is a larger shock (6+ inches) Pump it up so it moves a quarter when you sit on it.

You've yourself described it to a lot extent, however to add something its the month of allah's blessings, This is the month in which Quran was completely sent down by allah, all the muslims pray and ask for forgiveness as this is the most fitting month to please allah through prayers and Zikr.
