Leprosy is a bactieral problem. Not associated with chicken or foods. Unless the food is contaminated. So the answer is no those ingredients do not cause leprosy.
It may be just an old wives tale that got twisted in the passing of the information from generation to generation.

Are you sure they said leprosy? That's the strangest thing I've heard in a long time. Leprosy is an infectious disease caused by the bacterium Mycobacterium leprae. How do they think combining squash and chicken could create that bacteria? I shudder to think what else they're telling you!

Unfortunately leprosy is still widespread across countries such as India but it's not caused by cooking squash with chicken.

YES it does... i know people that have done this, and they are in horribly bad shape now.. Have you seen what leprosy does to people? It's just horrid... i'd suggest you don't serve or cook squash with chicken, unless you want this awful disease!!

hehehehe... no it doesn't cause leprosy, but it may cause some other body deforming disease.
