IT TOOK ABOUT FOUR MONTHS FOR SERBIA TO SURRENDER WHEN US & NATO DID AIRSTRIKE ON SERBIA.

SO IT LOOK LIKE IF THE US SEVENTH FLEET START BOMBING BURMA MILITARY BASES THEN BURMA WILL SURRENDED WITHIN FOUR MONTHS.

OCTOBER, NOVEMBER, DECEMBER AND JANUARY.

SINCE THE SYSTEM HAS IMPROVED THEN IT WILL BE TWO MONTHS NAMELY, OCTOBER AND NOVEMBER,

BY CHRISTMAS DAY, ALL BURMESE WILL HAVE PEACE.

ALL BURMESE GENERALS WILL LEAVE FOR CHINA.

ALL COLONELS IN BURMA WILL BE PROMOTED TO GENERALS.

I THINK THOSE COLONELS KNOW THE COST?

It is not a fireworks party : bombing Serbia was a mistake that will have consequences in Balkan stability and is a shadow over EU existence.
USA made already many mistakes ( Vietnam, Iraq, Kosovo ) and does not need another one.
Tragedies spring not only from unadulterated evil but also from honorable intentions coupled with terrible misjudgments.

Your comparison does not bear any resemblance with regards the actual situations of the time and places mentioned.

Number 1: Burma does not fall under the NATO area of Operations.

Number 2: Burma is not in an open state of civil war or transgressing its neighbors borders to wage war.

Number 3: What particular targets would you desire to bomb and can you guarantee not to kill innocent civilians.

By "us" you mean the U.S.A. I presume, such a move would be considered to be an open act of war, against a soverign nation, and with regards the former Yugoslavian situation many N.A.T.O. and U.N. Security Council meetings were held before sanction was given.

You, are obviously another of the Computer Game Generation who has no idea whatsoever how the real world works, Force is only used as a LAST resort.

It'd be nice if we could "liberate" every country with an oppressive leadership, but it doesn't always work out. For instance, it worked well enough in Germany, Grenada, Panama and others, but Iraq... well, use your imagination. Besides, with so many countries in a similar situation, why should we give Burma preferential treatment?

Mind you, a military intervention in Burma would be the next Iraq just as likely as the Gulf War of 1991 would have become the next Vietnam. In Burma, the government won 2% in the last elections. Nobody wants them. They're trying to keep everything hushed up. But that's not enough to use force these days.

So how many innocent civilians do you think should be killed?

Why do you think that what happened anywhere else will also happen in Burma? The generals there have resisted all outside pressure for ages. Attack Burma, and you will only cause the citizens there to support the Generals!

BTW, all caps is considered shouting, and very rude.

is it okay for us to order airstrike on burma like what they do in serbia?

Yes, absolutely, the USA must attack NOW.

Then bomb Iran, Pakistan, Syria, Lebanon, Russia, Venezuela, Cuba, China, India, etc, etc.

Crush any and all our enemies, then re-build their society
to be benign, subservient and in our own image, as we have done so well in Afghanistan and Iraq.

The USA has the Pow-a, the USA rules, bay-bee,
go fer it, kill them all, let God sort them out !
